By installing or using SnapMock ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of Service

SnapMock is a Chrome Extension that captures screenshots and wraps them in device mockup frames. The Extension provides both free and paid (Pro) features.

3. Free and Pro Features

The free version includes basic capture, device frames, backgrounds, and annotation tools (Arrow, Text, Box). Pro features are unlocked with a one-time purchase of a license key through Polar.

Pro features include:

6 premium gradient backgrounds
8 one-click Beautify presets
Screenshot corner radius control (0-40px)
Shadow & padding controls
Custom watermark with size and opacity
Blur & Mosaic redaction tools with strength control
Annotation resize with drag handles
Custom color picker with HEX input
Custom background color and image upload
@2x and @3x Retina export
Aspect ratio export (16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 9:16)
Batch export all frames at once

4. License Key

Pro license keys are provided by Polar upon purchase. Each license key is for personal use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of SnapMock Pro, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered. Please review the free version before purchasing to ensure SnapMock meets your needs. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. In short: SnapMock does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

SnapMock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapMock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Extension.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
